Jon

There are a bunch of tickets available on ebay. Do a search with the keywords "Brewers opening day". I know a number of local bars offer ticket and tailgate packages; these may already be sold out. Furthermore, there are always a bunch of tickets available for purchase in the parking lot.

Go to the game. It's your duty to "Play In The City".

Just be prepared for a drunk fest. I've gone 5 years in a row and it can get out of hand, especially in the nose bleed seats.

Erin

Thanks Jon - perhaps I will check eBay. I suggested scalping some to Dave but he pointed out that the seats usually aren't together, and some tickets are fakes when you get them up to the entrance.

And I know how it gets - as I wrote in the previous post, it's become a tradition for me to attend Opening Day - I've gone the last three years, and also a few years before that here and there, too. It's always a good time - but if I don't get to Opening Day Monday, I'll surely still be getting to numerous games throughout the summer. Thus fulfilling my "duty."

And it definitely is a drunk-fest - don't drink and drive, people!!!

Mark

Well hopefully you find a way to go Erin. But if not, have fun watching the game on tv!

GOOOOOOOOOOO BREWWWWWWWERS!

Andre

I can't believe opening day sells out. I remember when the place had more open than filled seats. Of course, that was fifteen years ago. Maybe I should try going again some year.

Amanda

I'm so glad that you get to be home and at least partake in Opening Day activities! Whether you are grilling out at home watching the game, or sitting in the stands with a hot dog and a beer, have fun on your day off!

Karen

I'm pretty sure you'll have no problem getting tickets if you go to Miller Park. In fact, the closer it is to the opening pitch or after, the cheaper they'll be! I'm actually excited about the Brewers this year because now they're the trendy pick in MLB.

Hi from Tosa! *waves*

david

Opening day at Fenway Park is the 11th. Boston comes alive!

I am going to Opening Day too, but don't have tickets yet either. We thought it would be fun just to tailgate and hopefully get tickets - I am SURE there will be people looking to get rid of some at the park.
