I know I said there'd be a post to read tonight. Please allow me to vent for just a moment.
It is currently 10:50. I started my skiing post at 8:15 tonight, as soon as I got home from dance class, which came after a full day of work. I recapped our whole day from yesterday and I posted a lot of the pictures we took.
Then when I published the post, something went haywire, as often happens with Typepad. Normally, though, I can fix the problems after a few tries. Tonight, after more than an hour and a half of trying to fix things, I'm done. I'm on the verge of a breakdown, and so I must step away from my computer for the night and go to bed. I will make a second attempt tomorrow night and get things figured out, so please check back after that.
As for right now, my whole night is gone and I have nothing to show for it. AUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry to hear that! A similar thing happened to my wife last night. She was applying for a job online and entered all this stuff like resume, why she wants the job, blah, blah, blah..anyway, she hits submit and POOF! 40 minutes of work disappeared as their site went down. She was not happy. Looking forward to reading your skiing post!

I have had that same problem applying for jobs and I wanted to hurt someone real badly. The worst - I feel your wife's pain, Derek...and also your's, Erin.

I hate technology. Seriously, seriously hate it.
Ok, I don't hate it, but sometimes it makes me very angry. :)

You must have come along in that two hours sometime ... it was up there, but there were things wrong with it. And the more I tried to fix it, the more messed up everything got!!
And thank you guys for the sympathy. It wasn't pretty, I'm not gonna lie. There were tears. There was yelling. And a whole heck of a lot of swearing.
I'm getting ready to try again here ... I'm just mentally preparing myself first.
