Hey folks,
If you live in Milwaukee, or if you're familiar with this great city in any way, visit the Gems of Milwaukee website and vote for what you think are the ten best aspects of the city.
The winners will be honored at the City of Milwaukee 160th Birthday Party, which will be held January 25. There are a ton of really great choices on the list - it's certainly not an easy decision! But the extensive list does allow one to see what a magnificent city Milwaukee really is.

I voted, but did you notice it says Bartolottas Lakefront Bistro and not Lake Park Bistro, ugh that gets annoying after a while!

I'm surprised that they had the Milwaukee Opera Theatre on there but not Florentine Opera Company. I didn't vote for either, but still.

I got an email at work about this today. I voted for a number of things, but most importantly The Betty Brinn Children's Museum! It's a great place and a true Gem of Milwaukee :-)
