My sincerest apologies - I didn't attend the River Challenge races yesterday like I was planning to, so I have nothing to report. The weather was perfect and it sounds like it was a great event, as I knew it would be. The Journal Sentinel's account of the day can be found here. If any of my readers attended, I'd love it if you'd comment on your experience!
With a weekend full of work, I only had a small window of time to see my mom yesterday - I hadn't seen her in a couple weeks and I missed her! - so I took advantage of it.
I'm going skydiving in two days - have I mentioned that? Pretty sure it's all that's consuming my thoughts right now.
I'M SO FREAKIN SCARED OUT OF MY MIND EXCITED!
Good luck again on your skydiving adventure! I'm excited for you! Maybe you should listen to some music and sit down by the lake or somethin to calm your nerves. Iron & Wine's "Woman King" album is fantastic if you're lookin for a recommendation!
Oh.. and if you're interested I have a new photojournalism blog up with images from in and around Milwaukee at http://milwaukeemark2.blogspot.com to go along with my other Milwaukee blog.
Have a great day!
