The annual Big Bang Fireworks are this Thursday at 10:30 p.m. on the lakefront. Every year the fireworks kick off Summerfest - and summer! I go every year and it's one of my favorite events. A lot of people go down quite early and set up picnics and play games and light sparklers. This year I'm going with my mom because she's never been. Like many people, she watches them on TV, but fireworks on TV just aren't the same!
